Klekta is not associated or linked in any way with any tipping competition or fantasy league business or platform.

The tipping competitions or fantasy leagues are operated and managed separately independently in those systems.

A Klekta account is required to use the Klekta Service, created free by providing requested details.

Only individual persons can create a Klekta Account, and become a Klekta User.

An individual cannot create or control multiple Klekta accounts.

Specifically:

1. Each mobile number may only link to one Klekta account.

2. Each email address may only link to one Klekta account.

By becoming a Klekta User, you agree to receive account and user-related communications (e.g. Klekta additions, payment payouts) and periodic emails highlighting special offers for Klekta Users.

Klekta may communicate regarding your account by electronic communications or direct mail using registration information.

Your electronic communications consent includes any legally-required written notices or information.

You agree to keep Klekta informed of any changes to your contact information.

Account use and earning KektaPrize opportunities are offered at Klekta's sole discretion, subject to compliance with the Klekta Agreement.

A Failure to comply with terms, fraud, abuse relating to KlektaCredits or KlektaPrize accrual or receipt, or misrepresentation of information may result in account suspension or termination; forfeiture of accumulated KlektaCredits or KlektaPrizes; and/or cancellation of KlektaCredits or KlektaPrizes.

Users must regularly check accounts to ensure proper KlektaCredits or KlektaPrizes crediting and updated balances.

Any omissions, incorrect entries, or discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. Klekta reserves the right not to correct issues reported after the 30-day period

A Klekta Competition Commissioner is a Klekta User who creates and/or manages a competition (e.g. a fantasy league competition).

They control :

• who can be a participant in a competition

• the rules of the competition

• the Competition Entrance Fee

• the Prize Pool.

All participants must agree to this before they pay any Entrance Fee

Klekta Competition Commissioners, and not Klekta, are responsible for setting up the rules for any Klekta competition, including Competition Entrance Fees and KlektaPrize crediting.

A Competition Participant is a Klekta User with a Klekta Account :

• who voluntarily joins a competition

• agrees to the rules and terms of that specific competition

• pays the Competition Entrance Fee

• pays the Klekta Competition Administration Fee (Note: Competition Commissioners do not pay an Administration Fee for competitions they create)

A Competition Entrance Fee is the fee set by the Competition Commissioner for an individual to participate in a competition.

100% of the Entrance Fees fully paid contribute to the prize pool, which is paid out at the end of a specific competition based on the rules set by that specific Competition Commissioner and agreed io by all of the Competition Participants.

Klekta takes no fee or charges from the Entrance Fees

KlektaPrize redemption is controlled by the Klekta Commissioner, such as when a tipping competition ends.

The Klekta Competition Commissioner will finalise and confirm the Klekta prizes

Klekta Prize winners will be notified by the Klekta Service to the email address on their Klekta Account.

Klekta Prize winners will then be requested to securely verify their ID and bank account details at that time.

If Klekta verifies everything is order, then Klekta will arrange the funds to be distributed to that bank account

Klekta does not take any responsibility for the bank account details entered in your account.

Klekta Competition Commissioners, and not Klekta, are responsible for setting up the rules for any Klekta Competition, including Competition Entrance Fees and KlektaPrize crediting.

KlektaPrizes are anytime, subject to Agreement terms or specific conditions relating to individual account entries.

For clarity, earning KlektaPrizes grants no proprietary rights over monies or assets held by Klekta. Accrued Klektaprizes do not constitute monies held in trust by Klekta for your benefit. Your rights and entitlements are solely limited to personal or contractual repayment rights arising from the Klekta Account Agreement.

Klekta charges a small administration fee for each competition a Participant joins.

Competition Commissioners are not charged an administration fee for Competitions they create.

Any omissions, incorrect entries, or discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. Klekta reserves the right not to correct issues reported after the 30-day period

All competitions are private, unless a commissioner selects to make them public.

Participants can only enter Private Competitions if they are invited by a Commissioner.

Commissioners can reject participants from a Private Competition, unless they have paid the Entrance Fee

A user can join up to 50 active competitions simultaneously.

A person is not allowed to be a commissioner of more than 50 active competitions at any one time.

Klekta Account holders are responsible for any taxes applicable to amounts earned from redeemed KlektaPrizes.

Klekta makes no representation regarding tax treatment of such amounts.

Klekta may suspend or terminate your account if it believes you are involved in fraudulent or dishonest or money laundering activities.

Failure to comply with this Agreement, fraud, dishonesty, abuse relating to service use or account use, or misrepresentation of information provided by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in account termination; cancellation of purchases (KlektaCredits, Klektaprizes, or otherwise); and/or forfeiture of accrued KlektaPrizes.

KlektaPrizes accumulated in your Klekta account expires if your account remains inactive (no successful transactions through Klekta) for more than one year.

Klekta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or where necessary or reasonable to comply with law, regulation, or court order.
